Privacy policy.

Ness City Computer Service LLC (“we”) runs nesscitycomputers.com. This policy explains what information the website collects, why, where it’s kept and the choices you have. We do not sell your information.

What we collect

• Information you send us. When you use a contact, request or assessment form, we receive what you enter: name, phone, email, business name, town, the service you’re asking about and your message.
• Newsletter signups. Your email address.
• Website usage. Google Analytics records anonymous usage: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location, and which buttons or forms were used. We don’t send your name, email, phone or message to Google Analytics.
• Security information. To protect forms and the site, Google reCAPTCHA and our security software process technical data such as your IP address and browser details.

How we use it

• To answer your request, provide quotes and deliver services.
• To send the newsletter if you signed up (security alerts, new technology and company news).
• To understand which pages help visitors and to keep the website secure.

Where it’s stored and who can access it

• Website database. Form submissions and newsletter signups are stored in our website’s database. Only Ness City Computer Service staff can access them.
• Email. Each submission is also emailed to us through our business email system and kept in our mailboxes.
• Backups. Our web host backs up the website, so backups contain submissions until they rotate out.
• Service providers process information on our behalf only to provide their services: our web hosting provider, our email provider, Google (Analytics and reCAPTCHA) and, in future, a newsletter service. They are not allowed to sell it.

How long we keep it

• Form submissions: kept on the website for 24 months, then deleted. Emails about active customer work are kept as part of our business records.
• Newsletter addresses: kept until you unsubscribe.
• Analytics data: kept for the period set in our Google Analytics account, no longer than 14 months.

Cookies

Google Analytics and reCAPTCHA use cookies or similar technology. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; forms still work, though reCAPTCHA may ask you to verify.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by replying “unsubscribe” or contacting us. Once we move the newsletter to a mailing service, each email will also include an unsubscribe link.
• Ask us to see, correct or delete the information you sent us: call 620-960-8711 or email charrison@nesscitycomputers.com.

Children

This website is meant for adults and businesses. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update it here and change the effective date.
